Tis a good birthday

Indeed.

My roommate and his mom baked me a chocolate cake Saturday, which was delicious!


Then my good friends took me paintballing. Afterwards, dinner with my sister.

Dodgers are on a very hot streak winning 13-0 at home to start the season... breaking a record held by the Detroit Tigers back in 1911 when they went 12-0.

But the main purpose for this post... Kina Grannis gave me a birthday shout out on her latets video blog. Woot!

She's so awesome!

Something...

I want to post about something, but sadly, I haven't had any real motivation to do anything. I haven't had any real thoughts about anything, nor have I gone anywhere to really talk about. I'm not sure why.

Oh, I know why.

I'm boring.

One thing that I have really neglected is my photography. That also falls under the going anywhere category though. When I was going out, "she" wouldn't let me take any pictures of her, which would have been amazing since her and I went to the Santa Monica Pier a couple of times.

Who is her? No one anymore.

The only thing I've really been doing is picking up where I left off with my running. I am starting off slow again, with some light work out at home. I've been at it for 2 days straight now, and will do so again tomorrow. I think the problem is that I let time in between take place, and therefor get lazy. Maybe if I do something everyday, alternating between running and working out, I'll stay on a consistent schedule.

Anyone want to buy me a gym membership?

I thought of another cool idea for my blog. I'm still using it for my thoughts and photographs, Bronson Friday's, and some funny stuff.

I think... maybe every Monday, I'll post a pic of something... anything.

Hybrid...

So I'm thinking hybrid now. A couple of people have mentioned that I could use it as a blog, but with several pictures and whatnot included. That sounds like a good idea. I'll see how it goes as I continue updating this blog. I'm going to remove the poll, and add some counters down below. I'm still tinkering with what I can do with this blog. So far, I like it.

My friend from Chicago still keeps in touch with me after she had moved there. She's so miserable with all the snow they are having there. Her car was buried under snow this morning. I'm sure she had a lot of fun removing it just to get to work. To the left is a web cam feed I found on top of the Sears Tower.






If you really knew me, you would know that I can be an ass sometimes. Jokingly, of course. So what I did was emailed her a picture of a web cam we have atop Mt. Wilson. I wonder if she's jealous now. Muahaha! We've had a couple of awesome mornings lately. I think yesterday was about the same as it is today, so I went to the back yard to just sit there for a while. It's always nice to just take some time to just sit outside and enjoy the niceness the day has. If only I wasn't so lazy, I could probably drive out somewhere with my camera and just take random photos. I'll make a decision after Kevin and Bean are over.
