Double Barrel Roadhouse Las Vegas Grand Opening 2014

I'm in Las Vegas, Nv. for the grand opening of a new restaurant/bar/live music venue called Double Barrel Roadhouse on the strip. It's located just in front of the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino. The grand opening is Friday, March 7th, but I was fortunate enough to attend a soft opening for friends and family of staff.

I was amazed at the overall quality of the restaurant. The food was amazing, thanks to Chef Sandra, Chef Luke, Chef Mikel, and staff. My personal favorite from the sample platter above was the BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders. I can't wait to try something else on Friday.

Speaking of staff, everyone was super friendly and all smiles. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to Chris, Noct, and Amy.
